Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in German or Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with various teams to provide effective and timely solutions to customers' needs.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up to ensure full resolution of any outstanding issues.
• Provide valuable feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Be the go-to expert for customer queries, offering clear, helpful, and informative responses.

What Were Looking For:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German or Italian (both written and spoken). Proficiency in English is also required for internal communication. ️
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service and sales mandatory
• Customer-Centric: You have a positive attitude, a solution-focused mindset, and the ability to handle challenges with care and professionalism.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other customer service tools to assist customers efficiently.
• Location: This position is for candidates already based in Northern Portugal. We are not offering relocation support for this role.
• Team Player: You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are committed to contributing to team success.
