About the Project You will be joining a massive, enterprise-level digital transformation for a global industrial leader. Our Program aims to migrate over 400 websites and 50 Terabytes of content to a modern, decoupled architecture utilizing Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and Edge Delivery Services (EDS). This is a unique opportunity to architect the digital foundation of a company operating in 180 countries, moving from highly fragmented legacy systems to an efficient, industrialized cloud-native model.

The Role We are seeking a Lead Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager to act as the ultimate functional authority of the platform. In this pivotal senior role, you will be the mastermind behind ensuring that global business requirements are translated into scalable, highly reusable AEM implementations across the entire enterprise.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Standardization & Governance: Define, establish, and oversee overarching functional analysis models, templates, and documentation standards before the project scales.

• Scalable Design: Translate complex business needs into AEMaaCS and EDS-compliant functional designs, ensuring absolute consistency across all templates and core components.

• Industrialized Migration: Drive the reuse of functional patterns to drastically speed up large-scale migrations and optimize processes based on feedback from initial pilot phases.

• Documentation & Enablement: Develop and maintain comprehensive authoring guidelines, functional documentation, and operational manuals to improve author autonomy and reduce functional defects.

• Training & Coaching: Design and deliver advanced training for authors and support teams, while actively mentoring and coaching other functional analysts in their daily operations.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Technical Depth: In-depth, proven knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), modern headless architectures, and complex content models.

• Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to balance strict global standardization with the necessary flexibility to create scalable solutions for local business units.

• Experience: Strong background in functional analysis, technical documentation, and training within Agile/Scrum environments.

• Soft Skills: High sense of ownership, a proactive mindset, and the leadership presence to communicate and influence effectively across all organizational levels.

• Language: Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) is required for international stakeholder management.
