At Devoteam Portugal, we are looking for several Trainee Developers to join our nearshore internal team and support a strategic transformation project impacting 18 countries and over 100 entities.

Hybrid work model in Tomar, at the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar

• Degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;

• Interest in backend development or systems integration (basic knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or APIs is a plus);

• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn about digital transformation and organizational systems;

• Team spirit and a proactive mindset.
