Right now, we are
looking for a Network Engineer Junior to integrate our internal
team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities
include:

• Management and support of structured customer networks, in physical and
  virtual environments;
  
• Incident resolution in networks under management;
  
• Management of:
  

Firewalls F5 WAF (with Bot Defense and DOS Protection), Palo Alto,
FortigaTe;

Load Balancers Fortinet and F5 LT;

Switchs Aruba, Cisco and Huawei;

• Management and support routing core: Cisco ACI;
  
• Configure and install various types of networking equipment (Switches,
  Routers, Access Points, Firewalls, etc.);
  
• Maintain and configure IpSec and SSL VPN's;
  
• Maintain, configure and install Wifi infrastructure;
  
• Maintain secure network infrastructure, according to defined standards, as
  well actively participate in maintaining network security;
  
• Perform upgrades, installation of pacthes and other types of security
  settings in network equipment;
  
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support and troubleshooting, in order to solve
  problems and keep an updated record of these tasks in ITSM platform.
  

You must have:

• 1+ years of experience in similar functions;
  
• Experience in the Support of Firewall, Lan, WAN, LB’s, SWs, Routers
  and WiFi solutions;
  
• Proven hands-on experience in tasks similar to those required;
  
• Outstanding troubleshooting skills with a problem solving mindset,
  and be able to provide technical leadership to junior members;
  
• Ability to read backtraces and isolate potential problem areas at
  varying levels of depth and complexity;
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in
  English and local language (Portuguese);
  
• Good knowledge and experience in the ITIL model and ITSM tools.
