We are looking for a Networks Senior Engineer/Team Leader  to join our team in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

We are
looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead a team responsible for
designing, securing, and operating complex hybrid and multi-cloud network
environments, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.

This role
combines technical leadership, people management, cloud networking, and
security operations, with a focus on delivering resilient, scalable, and secure
solutions.

Your
responsibilities:

• Lead,
  mentor, and develop a team of Network Engineering and SecOps professionals.
  
• Provide
  technical direction for Azure, GCP, on-premises, and hybrid network
  architectures.
  
• Oversee
  Azure networking services, including VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Application
  Gateway, Load Balancer, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, and Private Endpoints.
  
• Guide
  secure connectivity between on-premises, Azure, and GCP environments.
  
• Drive the
  adoption of Zero Trust, micro-segmentation, automation, and Infrastructure as
  Code.
  
• Support
  complex incidents, troubleshooting, network optimisation, and security
  investigations.
  
• Establish
  engineering standards, operational procedures, documentation, and governance
  practices.
  
• Collaborate
  with Cloud, Security, Platform, Applications, and Service Management teams.
  
• Support
  Kubernetes networking, including AKS, ingress, CNI, service mesh, and network
  policies.
  

 You must have:

• Proven
  experience leading technical teams in networking, cloud infrastructure, or
  SecOps.
  
• Strong
  expertise in Azure networking and good understanding of GCP networking.
  
• Solid
  knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, routing, and network security.
  
• Experience
  with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  
• Hands-on
  knowledge of Terraform and/or Bicep, ARM, PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  
• Experience
  with cloud security, incident response, and operational governance.
  
• Good
  understanding of Kubernetes networking, preferably AKS.
  
• Excellent
  communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
