Senior pastoral leadership in an international school in the Lisbon area.

The role
Lead day-to-day pastoral care: behaviour, wellbeing, safeguarding practice, tutors / year teams, parent communication, and student experience beyond the classroom. Work with the Head and senior team.

Essential
QTS or equivalent · substantial secondary teaching experience · proven pastoral leadership (Head of Year, Assistant/Deputy Head Pastoral, or equivalent) · strong safeguarding knowledge.

Desirable
International-school experience · boarding or extended day · wellbeing or inclusion leadership.
