What will you do?

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions against defined quality standards


• Conduct quality assessments and audits


• Identify performance trends and areas for improvement


• Provide structured and actionable feedback


• Support coaching and calibration sessions


• Prepare and analyse quality reports and KPIs


• Work closely with Operations, Training, and other internal teams


• Support continuous improvement initiatives


• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client requirements

Candidate profile

• Previous experience as a Quality Analyst within a BPO or Contact Centre environment is highly valued


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail


• Ability to provide constructive and structured feedback


• Good communication and stakeholder management skills


• Comfortable working with KPIs, reports, and performance data


• Native or fluent French and Flemish


• C2 level of English
