About the Role

As an Account Manager DACH (Renewal Focus), you will take ownership of the renewal cycle, ensuring customers continue to see value while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will work closely with internal teams and engage directly with clients to deliver a seamless and trusted customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full renewal cycle to protect and grow recurring revenue


• Proactively identify risks and opportunities within customer accounts


• Build strong client relationships via phone and email


• Drive cross-sell and up-sell initiatives within the existing customer base


• Collaborate across teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention


• Share market insights and customer feedback to improve processes

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, renewals, or customer success (preferably in SaaS)


• Perfect fluency in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2)


• Located in Porto or willingness to move there


• SaaS or IT background is a strong advantage


• Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset


• Customer-focused, results-driven, and team-oriented


• Comfortable working in an international environment

What’s Offered

• 41.000 € base salary + 23.000 € in OTE


• 2400 € annually in meal allowances (about 200 € per month net)


• Hybrid work model (up to 50% remote)


• 2000 € gross relocation bonus (paid out with 1st salary)
