Provide friendly and efficient customer support to an international travel and accommodation community
Act as the first point of contact, handling and resolving customer inquiries via inbound phone calls and email
Identify customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
Deliver clear, accurate, and personalised responses to customer inquiries
Research and troubleshoot customer concerns using available tools and resources
Assist in resolving disputes between guests and hosts, ensuring fair and professional communication
Manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high service standards
Native-level Spanish language skills, both written and spoken
Good written and spoken English
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Good organisational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with online platforms and digital tools
Ability to remain professional and empathetic when handling customer inquiries
Interest in the travel and hospitality industry
Valid work permit for Portugal if you are not an EU citizen
