Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage potential candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and personal connections.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for roles.
• Facilitate interview scheduling and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Keep accurate records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
• Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process in Norwegian.
• Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to enhance the overall talent acquisition strategy.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
• No prior experience in recruitment is necessary; a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are what we value.
• Excellent communication abilities, enabling effective interactions with candidates.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Familiarity with social media and online recruiting platforms is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A readiness to develop skills and grow within the recruitment industry.
• Able to follow a 3 months fully paid training in Greece
