Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking gamers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Engage with players through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
• Document player interactions within our CRM system, gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor gaming trends and player feedback to relay valuable insights to the development team for enhancing gaming experiences.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to communicate player needs and advocate for features that enhance player satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends and gaming news to foster informed discussions with customers.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing ideas and participating in team discussions.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the gaming sector.
• Genuine enthusiasm for gaming, along with a good grasp of player preferences and industry trends.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms.
