Descrição do Emprego - NW SAC Backoffice Expert

Lead L3 support and act as the final escalation point for complex voice incidents; Drive network evolution to cloud-native and containerized architectures; Coordinate strategic projects, including 5GSA voice readiness and service transformation; Collaborate with stakeholders—including engineering, operations, and business teams alignment with strategic goals; Implement advanced automation and AI/ML-driven solutions to enhance customer service and network efficiency; Ensure regulatory and security compliance across all voice services; Own documentation standards and contribute to high- and low-level designs. Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; Voice Core Technologies IMS, SS7, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and 5GSA architecture and operations; Protocols Expertise SIP, Diameter, HTTP, INAP, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, ISDN, and related signaling standards; Cloud-Native & Containerization Kubernetes, Docker, and NFV evolution for virtualized and containerized services; Automation & Orchestration Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting languages (e.g., Python) for zero-touch operations; AI/ML Applications solutions for predictive diagnostics, proactive optimization, and customer experience improvement will be valuable; Performance Monitoring & Diagnostics Familiarity with advanced monitoring tools and methodologies for proactive issue detection; Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in multi-vendor environments; Strong problem-solving and decision-making in high-pressure scenarios; Cross-functional collaboration: Engineering, operations, and business stakeholder; Innovation mindset to drive automation, AI/ML adoption, and zero-touch operations; Customer-centric approach to improve service experience; Experience leading technical projects and teams in telecom or network operations; Fluent in English.
