O2C Functional Administrator

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES of this Position: 

In a team of functional administrators for Finance applications based in Europcar Mobility Group Lisbon Shared Services Center, the administrator for the O2C system will be in charge of the functional administration of Sidetrade and Rimilia 

Key Areas of Responsibility 

Work across the following activities:

• Operate functional administration of the O2C Systems;

• Functional system configuration and setup (workflows, reports, alerts etc.);

• Operates the day to day data management (data IN and data OUT controls and checks);

• Operates the functional data management in the system, ensuring standardization of the process;

• Answers users’ functional questions; 

• Guarantees compliance with business rules and controls; 

• Works collaboratively with the technical ITs support. 

• Operate functional administration of the O2C System Rimilia/Blackline 

• Users administration: creation, modification and deletion.

Key Skills  

• Finance processes knowledge; 

• Experience in O2C system or Financial system administration is a plus;

• Advanced Excel and Oracle Finance is a plus;

• Solid understanding of Finance information systems and application; 

• Successful similar experience within a Shared Service Center;

• English speaker.
