At Mindera we are continuously developing a fantastic Team and would love for you to join us. As an Office Admin Team member you will have a love for people combined with a strong strategic and planning skill set, actively participating in the cohesive and smooth run of the office. At this position, you will focus mainly on logistics tasks such as Facilities and Office management, Office Maintenance, Purchases, Equipment Inventory as well as diving and/or participating in Cultural, Learning and Social Community initiatives. All these activities will lead you to interact with everyone in the company and outside Mindera.
Being able to put people first is a key for this role: communication, trust and collaborative work with the Operation team, will be as relevant as any other skills, capability or experience.
You will be contributing to the decision making process that will ensure business sustainability, development and the pursuit of the team and organisation’s purpose.
We would like to highlight that the position is based at our Porto office and requires working onsite, as well as some regular travels to our offices in Aveiro and Coimbra (average once per month)
