Office Manager Lisboa

Job Description

We are looking for an office manager for our Lisbon office.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. 


• Fluent in Portuguese.


• High level of English (minimum B2 level).


• A good level of Spanish and knowledge of SAP are valued.

Functions

• Ensure the daily operation of the building.


• Coordination with building security and maintenance.


• Resolution of incidents in the building.


• Stock control and management of supplies and consumption.


• Contact and management with external suppliers.


• Participation in the reception of visitors, organization of events and meetings (catering, audiovisual resources, attendance lists, hostesses, etc.).


• Coordination of reception and meeting rooms.


• Management of the cleaning and maintenance of the building, ensuring that the facilities are always spotless.


• Organization of lunches and work breakfasts.


• Budget control, invoice validation and monitoring of purchasing processes (office supplies, suppliers, etc.).


• Participation in compliance with occupational safety and health legislation, office emergency plan and drills.


• Coordination of internal and building changes.


• Support in the incorporation process of new joiners.
