Being responsible for managing the office, your main duties will be:
- Manage brand promotion initiatives, including VI implementation, cultural advocacy, and platform maintenance. Coordinate with local media for cultural promotion activities and initiatives;
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance work efficiency;
- Establish and maintain cultural platforms within the company, including organising corporate culture training and employee activities to enhance company culture;
- Assist in handling employee travel and itinerary arrangements, including booking flights, hotels and transportation;
- Responsible for daily office management, including conference management, reception services, office supplies management, etc;- Responsible for the operation and management of employee canteen and dormitories;
- Assist the international team in local communication;- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field;
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as an Administrative Manager / Assistant or related role;
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese (mandatory) and Chinese is a plus;
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office;
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining high efficiency;
- Possess confidentiality awareness, able to handle sensitive information.
