Your role: As the Oncology Brand Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping our marketing strategies in the dynamic field of oncology. You will develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across both digital and traditional channels, ensuring that our messaging resonates with local markets while aligning with global brand positioning. Your expertise will support launch readiness through comprehensive market research and competitive analysis, allowing us to identify growth opportunities and refine our targeting. Collaboration will be key as you work alongside sales and market access teams to create impactful promotional materials and digital tools. You will also plan and execute our presence at key congresses, maximizing our impact through integrated activities. With your extensive experience in data management and business insights, you will track campaign performance using digital analytics and adjust strategies based on results. Compliance will be paramount as you drive brand growth objectives while leading cross-functional brand planning workshops and performance reviews. You will work closely with regional and global colleagues on centrally coordinated projects, ensuring alignment and effectiveness. Your scientific acumen will enable you to support patient activities at the local level in collaboration with the Medical department.
