We are currently recruiting for a client of Cross Border Talents, a leading company in the tech and digital sector, looking for a driven professional to join their Online Marketing Sales team in Lisbon.

About the Role
As an Online Marketing Sales Expert, you will be part of a high-performing team, responsible for supporting business clients in the B2B space with their online advertising strategies. You will engage with customers, understand their goals, and provide tailored digital solutions that generate value and growth.

Position Details

• Location: On-site in Lisbon (Parque das Nações area).
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:0018:00.
• Contract type: Initial 12-month employment contract, renewable.
• Start date: 12 May 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients in the Portuguese market.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Consult clients on their online advertising strategies and match them with effective solutions.
• Provide strategic campaign support and training to advertisers.
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction and exceed quality and performance targets.

Requirements

• Portuguese C2 and C1-level English (spoken and written).
• EU nationality (mandatory).
• Already reside in Lisbon, Portugal.
• High school diploma or higher education.
• 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or digital marketing roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Passion for digital advertising and client satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total monthly gross: ~1,237.83/month (including 154/month (prepaid card)+Holiday and Christmas allowances)
