Operations Customer Expert

About the Role

Are you passionate about artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technology? We are looking for an Operations Customer Expert to support users of a world-leading generative AI platform. You will provide top-tier support across multiple channels (Chat, Email, and Phone) to both consumer and business users.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist users with account management, billing, invoicing, and subscription queries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users on platform features and AI capabilities.
• Deliver fast, empathetic, and high-quality customer resolution meeting key performance metrics.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Fluent / C1 level English (written and verbal).
• Passion for artificial intelligence, new technologies, and AI productivity tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer operations is a plus.

Offer & Package

• Base Package: Gross monthly package of €1,320.67 (including base salary + 13th/14th month splits + daily meal allowance).
• Performance Bonus: Monthly performance bonus up to €200.00.
