Your responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Answer questions about medical products and help resolve customer issues
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate product shipments
• Collect and verify the documentation required to process orders
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure customers receive the products they need
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow applicable procedures
• Provide empathetic, professional, and timely assistance

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Empathy, patience, and attention to detail
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence handling customer inquiries by phone and email
• Ability to follow procedures and manage documentation accurately
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
