What You'll Do

• Empower & Educate: Guide, support, and train users on navigating and maximizing the potential of advanced AI platforms.
• Resolve & Troubleshoot: Investigate technical inquiries, account access issues, billing, and invoicing questions with speed and precision.
• Multi-Channel Care: Communicate seamlessly across digital channels (Chat, Email, Phone) to deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Drive Quality: Consistently meet and exceed service benchmarks while keeping up with rapid AI product updates.

• Languages: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
