About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting English-speaking Operations Customer Experts for a project supporting users of an international AI technology platform. The role combines customer care with practical technical support. You will help individual users and business customers with account access, billing questions and product-related inquiries. Previous experience in artificial intelligence is not required; confidence with software and digital tools is more important.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email and phone.

Assist with account access, billing and invoicing questions.

Explain product features and guide users through platform-related processes.

Investigate issues, document interactions and escalate cases when needed.

Requirements

Good level of English for customer communication and training.

Strong computer literacy and understanding of software or digital products.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Customer service or technical support experience is an advantage.

Previous AI industry experience is not essential.

A valid Portuguese residence permit and legal authorisation to work in Portugal are required.

Work conditions

Location: Lisbon, Portugal.

Full-time customer operations role.

Shift pattern depends on the assigned team and may include rotational coverage.

Technical-focused training is provided in English.
