Cross Border Talents is looking for an English-speaking Operations Customer Expert to help small and medium-sized businesses with digital advertising products and tools.

This role combines communication, problem-solving, and customer care. You will support customers through phone, chat, and email, helping them find answers and make the most of available solutions.

What you will do:

• Handle customer enquiries across multiple channels.
• Provide product and advertising tool support.
• Assist with pre-sales and post-sales questions.
• Explain solutions clearly and patiently.
• Manage sensitive information with care.
• Help create positive customer experiences.

What you should bring:

• C1 English proficiency or higher.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Empathy and a helpful attitude.
• Confidence handling difficult conversations.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.

Location and schedule:

• Lisbon, Portugal.
• On-site.
• 40 hours per week with rotating shifts.
• Intensive training provided.

Mandatory: You must already have the legal right to work in Portugal and currently reside in Lisbon.
