Cross Border Talents is looking for an Operations Customer Expert to support small and medium-sized businesses using digital advertising solutions.

In this role, you will help business customers navigate advertising tools, resolve issues, and get the most out of the products and services available to them.

Your responsibilities:

• Support business customers through chat, email, and phone.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales assistance.
• Help customers understand advertising products, tools, and features.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers towards practical solutions.
• Handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Create positive customer experiences through empathy and clear communication.

• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working conditions:

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
• On-site position.
• Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week.
• Rotating shifts.
• Structured onboarding and intensive training.

Important: Candidates must already have legal authorisation to work in Portugal and currently reside in Lisbon.
