At Cross Border Talents, we are looking for an English-speaking Operations Customer Expert who can combine excellent communication with practical problem-solving.

In this role, you will support small and medium-sized businesses using digital advertising products and tools. Your goal will be to make every interaction clear, useful, and positive.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist customers through phone, chat, and email.
• Provide guidance on advertising products and self-service tools.
• Support customers with questions before and after sales.
• Resolve concerns while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
• De-escalate difficult situations when necessary.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality.

What you bring:

• C1 English proficiency or above.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Empathy, patience, and strong listening skills.
• The ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
• A team-player attitude and willingness to learn.

Position details:

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
• On-site.
• 40 working hours per week.
• Rotating shift pattern.
• Structured training for new employees.
