Cross Border Talents is recruiting an Operations Customer Expert to support business customers in an international digital advertising environment.

Your role will be to make complex questions easier to understand and help customers feel supported at every stage of their interaction.

What you will be responsible for:

• Helping small and medium-sized businesses through phone, chat, and email.
• Answering questions about products, advertising tools, and services.
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Handling customer concerns with empathy.
• De-escalating challenging conversations.
• Working towards strong customer satisfaction results.

What you need:

• C1 English or higher.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Empathy and a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage sensitive information professionally.
• Strong learning skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Working arrangements:

• Lisbon, Portugal.
• On-site position.
• 40 hours per week.
• Rotating shifts.
• Comprehensive initial training.

Candidates must already have legal authorisation to work in Portugal and must currently reside in Lisbon.
