Your mission:

• Deliver customer-friendly support via email, chat, and phone
• Investigate advertising, billing, and account-related issues
• Guide users through platform processes and requirements
• Aim for effective first-contact resolution
• Escalate complex cases and ensure proper follow-up

We're looking for someone who communicates clearly, approaches challenges logically, and cares about service quality.

Position details:

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work model: On-site
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, rotating shifts
• Training: 15 working days
