Cross Border Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert for a role supporting business customers in digital advertising.

You will help small and medium-sized businesses use advertising products and tools, answering questions and providing assistance throughout the customer journey.

Your responsibilities:

• Respond to enquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Explain products and tools in a simple, helpful way.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Resolve customer issues and manage expectations.
• Handle confidential information carefully.
• Deliver service that encourages customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has C1-level English or above.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.
• Is empathetic, helpful, and solution-oriented.
• Can remain calm in challenging situations.
• Learns quickly and works well with others.

The offer includes:

• An on-site position in Lisbon.
• A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Rotating shifts.
• Intensive training to prepare you for the role.
