About the Role
As an Operations Customer Expert, youll handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and empathetically. Youll manage complex cases, support fraud investigations, handle disputes, and escalate when needed, ensuring a high-quality experience for every customer.
What Were Looking For
Minimum 12 months experience supporting Irish English-speaking customers in banking or payments
Experience with complaints, fraud, and disputes (Mastercard/Visa knowledge a plus)
Excellent English (C1+) with strong understanding of Irish culture
Proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented
Training & Onboarding
12 days of paid, comprehensive training covering product knowledge, tools, and real-world scenarios
Successful completion leads to a formal employment contract
