HIRING: Operations Customer Expert – Spanish Market

Location: Remote | Mainland Portugal

Join an international entertainment and streaming customer support project and deliver excellent customer experiences in a multicultural environment.

Language Requirements

Candidates must have:

• Fluent/native Castilian Spanish.
• English proficiency: B1 minimum.
• One of the following regional language combinations:
  • Spanish + Basque
  • Spanish + Catalan / Valencian
  • Spanish + Galician

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers with account management and billing inquiries.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting and product-related questions.
• Provide accurate information about services and digital platforms.
• Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and meet quality standards.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using technology and digital platforms.
• Empathetic, adaptable and detail-oriented.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Work Conditions

• Work model: 100% remote within mainland Portugal.
• Working hours: 40 hours per week.
• Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, covering 24/7 operations, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Training: Approximately 2 weeks, 8 hours per day, conducted in English.
• Training allowance: €18.56 gross per training day, subject to successful completion.
• Contract: Uncertain-term employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months.
• Permanent employment relationship: After 2 years, as specified in the project conditions.
• Health insurance: From the first day of the employment contract.
• Annual leave: Up to 20 days in the first year, depending on joining date; 22 days in subsequent complete calendar years.

Accommodation Benefit

Company accommodation may be available for at least the first 14 months:

• Fully furnished and equipped shared apartments.
• Utilities and internet included, subject to responsible use.
• Available only to candidates living more than 100 km from the workplace.
• Accommodation availability is limited.

Important: Candidates must reside in mainland Portugal. Employees may occasionally be required to visit a company hub in Lisbon for operational or technical requirements.
