Right now,
we are looking for a Operations Technician 24x7 to integrate
our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

• Experience of working with ITSM
  tools, whether for opening INs and RQs and/or managing multiple players in
  escalation processes;
  
• Computer skills in Windows and
  Unix/Linux environments;
  
• Crisis
  room management.
  

You must have:

• 12th grade academic level in IT
  as minimum requirement (plus);
  
• At least 1 year experience in a
  similar role;
  
• Knowledge of computer support
  and networks;
  
• Availability
  for 24/7 shifts.
