Right now, we are
looking for a OSS Senior Engineer to integrate our internal team,
based in Lisbon.

 Your responsibilities
include:

• Manage and maintain underlying systems infrastructure (servers, Linux
  environments, networking) supporting AI platforms;
  
• Integration of platforms to ensure AI Stack connected to heterogenious
  sources;
  
• Administer and configure Dify (or equivalent LLM orchestration platforms)
  for internal and client-facing use cases;
  
• Evaluate and apply new AI models to real product needs;
  
• Identify and propose new solutions based on stakeholder requests,
  translating requirements into technical approaches;
  
• Define and document best practices (usage guidelines, prompts/agents
  patterns, deployment/operational guidelines) and share them with end users;
  
• Monitor models in production (performance, quality, drift, latency,
  reliability) and continuously improve them;
  
• Deploy models ensuring scalability, cost awareness, and operational
  robustness;
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in managed platforms, including
  at the operating system and infrastructure level.
  

You must have:

•  Proficiency in Python;
  
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration (services,
  permissions, networking, troubleshooting);
  
• Experience working with containerized environments (e.g., Docker;
  Kubernetes is a plus);
  
• Experience building and implementing AI agents (tool use,
  orchestration);
  
• Solid hands-on experience with Azure (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure ML);
  
• Hands-on experience with Dify (or similar LLM app orchestration
  platforms, e.g., openwebui);
  
• Experience developing APIs with FastAPI or Flask;
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting
  with colleagues, clients, and vendors;
  
• A true passion for innovation and willingness to bring forward new
  ideas;
  
• Ability to achieve results;
  
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

• Hands-on experience with LLM ecosystems (RAG, embeddings, vector
  databases);
  
• MLOps practices: CI/CD for ML, experiment tracking, model registry,
  monitoring/observability;
  
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure) and deploying scalable inference
  services;
  
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;
  
• System administration certifications (e.g., LPIC, RHCSA) or
  equivalent practical experience;
