About us

Position Summary

The core part of the Global Search Expert role is to support the Global Search Lead with creation of Paid Search/PPC search strategy and implementation with markets by coordinating local Nestlé teams, external agencies, and partners. The goal is to help accelerate achieving our Paid Search objectives and KPIs leveraging AI solutions more effectively and efficiently.

A day in the life of...

• Expert supports Global Search Lead in developing/implementing the Paid Search strategy, assesses brands and market Search maturity, and increases Search 3.0 understanding in the markets.


• Oversees the creation, scalability, performance, and optimization of the Paid Search activity, including Google Ads/ Google AI activity, Google manufacturer centre, chatGPT Ads, LLMs with local partner agencies.


• Drive improvements across Paid Search utilizing internal tools and BPI/DES/AI Max.


• Manages Search agencies in place to maximize the Future of Search - 3.0 effectiveness.


• Manages localization/development of Paid Search and digital execution standards in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover opportunities for improvement.


• Supports the Search community and market teams with capability building of Search 3.0, across Search holistically (coordinating webinars and written guidelines).


• Supports the establishment and roll out of a search governance model, processes, and ways of work with the aim of deploying the Search strategy effectively and efficiently in a complex organization.


• Advocates the usage and implementation of global Search frameworks and solutions (internal shared solutions and recommended Paid Search tools) in the markets to their full potential to reach business objectives.


• Creation and distribution of state of search reports/best practices 

What will make you successful:

• More than 5 years in digital marketing (working with large FMCG brands is a plus).


• Successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results.


• Proven Search experience (Paid Search/PPC) - AI Search Ads.


• Knowledge of Search holistically.  


• Proficient English: writing, reading, speaking.


• Proven change management experience.


• Clear communication skills.


• Proven team-oriented mentality and attitude.


• Result oriented.


• Must be able to deal with complex organizational model and several stakeholders.


• Can work independently and predominantly in a remote team.  


• Pro-active and self-driven.
