What will be your mission?
As a PAYROLL MANAGER (M/F), you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to Payroll Processing in Portugal, ensuring legal compliance, quality of payroll information, and alignment with internal policies.
What will you do?
- Recruit, select, welcome, and integrate the Payroll team in Portugal.
- Coordinate all payroll processing activities: salaries, absenteeism, vacations, allowances, and reclassifications.
- Ensure that amounts are adjusted in relation to vacation and other leaves and MBO provisions.
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations to Social Security and other official entities.
- Manage employment contracts, renewals, addendums, and ensure proper filing.
- Ensure response to internal audits.
- Prepare periodic reports for Spain.
- Support administrative processes for admissions and terminations.
- Prepare documentation and communication to official entities (INE, Social Security, Tax Authority, among others).
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields (preferred).
- Proven experience in Payroll.
- Knowledge of English and Spanish (preferred).
- Leadership and team coordination skills.
- Rigorous and detail-oriented.
- Solid knowledge of labor law.
- Analytical and logical skills.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Payroll Processing and Attendance Management tools.
- Knowledge of SAP.
