Descrição do Emprego - People Specialist

As People Specialist you’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding - from managing job postings to coordinating interviews and ensuring top candidates have a great experience. You'll work closely with our team heads to meet our growing hiring needs. Beyond recruitment, you’ll contribute to initiatives in onboarding, engagement, and HR operations. This is a role for someone who’s both people-first and process-driven.Talent Acquisition

Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop clear, accurate job descriptions.
Help enhance the candidate experience and recruitment processes.

Process Development

Collaborate with the People team to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance the efficiency of the HR department.
Regularly review and refine HR systems and processes to ensure they are streamlined, user-friendly, and effective.

Onboarding & Offboarding

Lead onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Handle exit interviews and offboarding logistics.

Employee Relations

Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and empathetic responses.
Support a positive work environment by addressing issues professionally and confidentially.

Compliance and Record-Keeping

Ensure that HR practices comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, adhering to both legal and company guidelines.

Performance & Development

Coordinate performance review cycles and support employee development initiatives.

Must-have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an HR role
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation
Advanced level of English & Portuguese language proficiency.
Strong understanding of HR processes and functions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of staff.
Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., BambooHR, Personio, or similar)

Nice-to-Have Skills & Knowledge

Experience in the fashion, textiles, or manufacturing industry
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
