Checking the stock of the household things and replenishing it
Resolving when something is not working in the house (finding a
handyman/specialist asap)
Running errands for the family
Researching destination,finding best options according to predefined criteria
Booking flights, ground transportation, lodging, dining, activities
Managing travel documentation, e.g. visas
Managing the calendar, scheduling appointments, making reservations
Writing emails, answering and making phone calls
Management of domestic staff (hiring, signing contracts, payroll)
Other project tasks
