Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (German)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant for their Porto offices. 

Position: Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant

Location: Porto, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including live chat, phone, email, web forms, and social media.
• Communicating effectively with professionals within relevant industries.
• Managing customer requests, including providing information and handling complaints.
• Delivering high-quality solutions and customer service.
• Offering accurate and timely product-related guidance in a professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in German, both verbal and written, as well as fluency in English (at least B2 level). 
• At least 1 years experience working in pharmaceutical industry within Germany. 
• Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and concepts (e.g., technical terms, regulatory language, or product classifications relevant to the field).
• Strong communication skills, with a high level of empathy and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Proficient in IT systems, with the ability to quickly and accurately use tools to document and manage interactions.
• Willingness and availability to work in a shift-based schedule.
