For further information, please visit the following links: https://www.civiweb.com/FR/le-volontariat-international.aspx and http://careers.faurecia.com/job-offers \n \nPLEASE NOTE: as part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.\n\nWhat is your role and surroundings? \nWe are looking for a Plant Controller VIE who will provide support to the Faurecia Clean Mobility activity ,and who will be based in Braganca, Portugal. \n\n \nThe Plant Controller VIE is involved in the controlling of a plant in order to guarantee and optimize the plant\u0027s financial performance and competitiveness. \n \nWhat will be your main missions?\n\n * Ensure compliance to all financial procedures \n * Develop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with Group procedures and policies \n * Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings, \u2026) and internal control basics \n * Provide reliable financial / controlling informations \n * Participate in financial forecasting processes, providing data for budget, periodic forecast \n * Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and delay compliance \n * Update informations into the ERP System (SAP) \n * Ensure reliability of standard costing \n * Contribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control \n * Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing proper finance information \n * Contribute to the control and management of the plant\u2019s operating cashflow (capex, inventories, overdues) \n * Supporting finance \u0026 plant team with a range of administrative and financial tasks \n\n\n\n \nThe mission will last 12 months.
