PMO

Overview:

One of the biggest banks in the European Union is seeking a PMO to join the teams’ client.

What will you do?

• Onboarding committees’ preparation


• Hardware and software budget monitoring, sign-off preparation, and monthly reports


• Close collaboration with cluster managers


• Financial analysis and budget trajectory management


• Monthly closing for the client’s entities (accruals /pre-payment, actuals costs control, KPIs analysis ...)


• Dashboards and trend indicators monitoring


• External supplier contact


• Processes set up on multiple subjects


• Transformation of the NFTE + FTE budget management


• Working in collaboration and as a support for the CTO, pillar leads and managers


• Headcounts budget supervision on perimeter at worldwide level

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years in PMO positions and budget management


• Accounting and financial knowledge


• Experience with Excel / Powerpoint


• Experience in Reporting


• Fluent in English.
