What You'll Do

• Customer Care: Support Polish-speaking clients with empathy and professionalism across email, chat, and phone.
• Product & Order Guidance: Assist users with order updates, product recommendations, returns, and general pet care inquiries.
• Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer requests quickly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Record Keeping: Efficiently log interactions, updates, and account details in the CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Work together with your team to enhance overall service speed and quality.

• Languages: Native or C2-level Polish combined with professional fluency in English.
