Polish and English Speakers Customer Support - Lisbon 1

We are currently looking for Polish and English speakers Customer Support.

If you are you fluent in oral and written Polish and English, we have the job for you!

Your mission:

With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of the management of several files:

Receiving incoming calls;

Management of commercial and/or technical disputes;

Administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating;

Contact with customers to resolve pending situations. 

Your profile:

Polish and English native or bilingual;

Computer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel);

Customer focus;

Goal oriented and analytical thinking;

Ability to communicate effectively and objectively;

Ability to actively listen and respond to customers;

Call Center experience is a plus for you.
