We are looking for Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will support customers of a leading e-commerce platform, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Provide customer support in Polish via phone, email, or chat.
Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, and account issues.
Maintain strong knowledge of e-commerce products, services, and industry standards.
Deliver a high level of customer service with empathy and professionalism.
Handle customer interactions with clear communication and rational decision-making.
Manage high volumes of contacts, especially during promotion and peak seasons.
Document interactions and solutions accurately in internal systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues.
Fluent Polish (C1/C2 level).
Good English level (B2 or higher) for internal communication.
Strong customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
