Key Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic and friendly support to Polish-speaking customers through email only.
• Assist gamers with inquiries related to their gaming experiences, game features, and account management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring smooth gameplay.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to continually improve our support services.
• Collaborate with the gaming development teams to relay customer insights and enhance gaming experiences.
• Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is essential; English skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or gaming-related roles is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a knack for empathizing and connecting with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
