About the Role

We are looking for a Polish-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide support to customers with insurance-related questions. You will respond to enquiries, explain product information and help customers understand coverage and available support options.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Provide clear information about insurance products and services.
• Answer questions about policy coverage and related matters.
• Assist customers with policy cancellations and other service requests.
• Help direct insurance brokers' enquiries to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver professional customer service.
• Good command of Polish and English.
• Customer service experience is an advantage; insurance experience is beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

€900–€950 gross/month (paid over 14 months; source salary: €920)

Location & Work Arrangement

On-site, Lisbon, Portugal

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday, including public holidays, with rotating shifts between 07:30 and 20:00; weekends off.

Relocation

Relocation support provided. Shared accommodation may be available for up to 12 months; utilities are included and €280 per month is deducted from salary.

Benefits

€100 performance bonus per 12 months; €7.63 net meal allowance per working day.
