Your Responsibilities

• Emergency Dispatch: Receive calls from Polish-speaking customers and assess their roadside emergency needs.
• Service Coordination: Organize towing, on-site repairs, or alternative transportation through a network of providers.
• Policy Guidance: Help customers understand their service levels and insurance coverage in a calm, professional manner.
• Real-Time Documentation: Log all incident details into the system to ensure a seamless assistance process.
• Empathetic Support: Manage high-stress situations with patience, ensuring the customer feels safe and supported.

Requirements

• Language: Native or near-native Polish (C1/C2) and a strong command of English (B2).
• Legal Status: You must hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Work Permit.

• Tech Skills: Comfortable using multiple computer programs and CRM tools simultaneously.
