Your Role

• Main Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons, supporting drivers and logistics companies.
• Support Channels: Provide assistance via phone and email in both Polish and English.
• Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate toll and revenue collection and handle debt-related communication.
• Consultative Service: Clarify customer inquiries regarding road usage, regulations, and service sales where applicable.
• Operational Goals: Contribute to the achievement of the company's operational and revenue objectives.
• Information Management: Manage and update customer information accurately within internal systems.

Your Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) with a good command of English.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service is required, ideally within the transport, logistics, or service industry.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Professionalism: Capable of handling sensitive customer information with high integrity and professionalism.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and internal software platforms.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with varying tasks.
