Job Overview:
We are seeking a German-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team on-site in Porto. This role will involve providing top-quality customer support to our German-speaking clients while assisting them with our web services. Prior experience is not mandatory, as full training will be provided, but customer service experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Issue Resolution: Effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with company products and services to deliver accurate information and troubleshooting support.
• Order Management: Assist customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders.
• Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support to customers, helping them navigate our digital services (training provided).
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers to help improve services and products.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday: 08:00 to 19:00 (Rotative Shifts)
• Late Shifts: Possibility to extend shifts until 21:00
• Days Off: 2 days (rotative)

Relocation:

• Relocation from outside of Portugal: Reimbursement of airfare after 180 days of the contract up to 400€ in economy class.
• Relocation from inside of Portugal: Reimbursement of travel costs after 180 days of contract up to 150€ in economy class.
• Temporary Accommodation:
  • From outside of Portugal: Hotel room for 28 days depending on the project.
  • From inside of Portugal: Hotel room for 15 days depending on the project.
  • Shared Apartment for International Relocators: Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months with rent of 280€ including utilities (deducted directly from the payslip).
  • Note: Temporary accommodation is available based on project needs.
