Portuguese Business Analyst - Lisbon, Portugal

We are looking for a talented and accomplished Business Analyst to be responsible for improving outsourced business processes, ensuring they align with client expectations, and optimizing workflows for efficiency. Their role often involves analyzing client requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process solutions that enhance performance. 

As a Business Analyst in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Consolidate & Monitor accuracy of daily Tracker and investigate and understand any significant variances to budget/forecast/prior period etc


• Consolidate & Monitor accuracy of monthly Forecast Process and investigate and understand any significant variances to budget/Prior forecast etc


• Monitor, Understand & Highlight trends & variances & produce analytics on BI/Finance


• Provide extensive support on the production of financial analysis


• Review, and support the challenging of, financial and non-financial performance of region and sites with Directors of Operations


• Review budgets to ensure integrity of data prior to submission to the General Manager


• Proactively manages and is responsible for all Health and Safety issues for the team, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone


• Takes personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

• Native or proficient level of Portuguese  - mandatory


• Advanced level of English


• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making


• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or Power BI)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions


• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus

Education and experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field it’s a plus


• Experience in a BPO environment, with knowledge of outsourced business processes.
