Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement

As a Customer Service Representative for, your main mission will be to provide
support to small and medium-sized businesses(SMBs) to help them grow their businessesacross multiple channels– via chat, email andphone. Therefore, you will support and expandthe self-serve advertising base for SMB clients
in the online and digital advertising domain,provide pre and post-sales support and product and tool support to improve clients’ experience.
