Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist users with inquiries related to their social media accounts, features, and troubleshooting issues.
• Guide customers through the platform’s functionalities and help optimize their social media experience.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions for complex user issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and social media policies to provide customers with the best support.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate service records for continuous improvement.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the social media or tech industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
• Proficiency in customer service software and social media platforms.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
